“The best decision I made for my business in November 2021 was to work with Sylvia LeRahl from Membership Fix | Membership Site Growth & Retention Services to write a programme from my training.

I have been blown away by the work I have done and the progress I have made. I cannot believe what has emerged and been created.

Basically, I was all over the place. I didn't have a niche, not understand what I was truly passionate about. I was trying to help everyone and not actually helping anyone.

I now know exactly who I want to help. These people are aspiring, new and established managers who feel stuck and overwhelmed.

I now know I can help them enhance a culture of positive mental health as well as think, feel, communicate and manage like a leader with unshakeable power, passion and productivity.

I now know why I am so passionate to help them. I was in that position of feeling stuck and overwhelmed when I first became a manager. I had self-doubt and burnt out.

It doesn't need to be like this. We can support our managers, giving them confidence, with a fire in their belly every day, excited about the impact they make and feeling thrilled to live their purpose.

I would also like to thank the community of other passionate mental health coaches who work with Sylvia. I love the fact that we help each other and we are all passionate about our niche, helping others break down the barriers of mental health concerns.
