My Big Why

You may know me... or you may not.

Either way, I want to share with you my Big Why.

As an entrepreneur, you'll often be asked why you do what you do. For some of us, it's an easy answer -- It pays well, it's what I've wanted since I was a kid, every man in my family continues this tradition, etc.

For others, it's a bit more convoluted.

For me, it's twofold.

On one hand, I grew up surrounded by mental illness. Emotional struggles were a reality I knew intimately, both because of my own journey and because of those around me.

At the same time, I saw firsthand how difficult it is to access help.

Whether because of financial concerns, limited availability, lack of insurance, immense stigma, different abilities, language barriers, and an assortment of other reasons, GETTING HELP FOR MENTAL HEALTH IS HARD.

Between these two things, I grew super passionate about helping people get and give coaching and mental health services.

See. what I've found is that most mental health professionals are afraid they aren't making enough of a difference in the world.

That their compassion, drive, and desire to be a strong leader in this space is only a small fraction of their reality.

They worry that there are so many people with pressing mental health needs that they can't possibly keep up.

They're frustrated with the current behavioral health system, with the stigma associated with mental & emotional health, and with the low pay this industry commands.

They struggle to get clients in the door, and even more than that, they struggle to get clients to do the work necessary for change.

They dream of earning a substantial income that allows them the freedom and flexibility to work from anywhere and at any time they want.

As a result, their business has become their greatest disappointment.

And while their focus is on marketing, they miss out on the real problem:

They don't have the systems in place to make a profitable and scalable business.

In reality, all they really need to do is bulletproof their mindset and follow a systematic process that attracts, engages, and retains clients for the long run.

If you don't want to struggle anymore, you don't have to.

I know a lot of people are ashamed to admit they aren't as successful as their LinkedIn profile purports; they are embarrassed that they haven't been as wildly profitable and impactful as they dreamed they'd be by this point.

Here's the thing: I've opened up a couple slots on my calendar to have a conversation, a conversation to see if I can help you get rid of the disappointment and get back to fulfilling your heart's mission.

I genuinely want to help you do that.

If you're interested in finding your next step forward, please reach out to me via PM or by scheduling a spot on my calendar. I promise, I'll deliver massive value whether or not we choose to work together.

Thanks and take care!
