Dad Bod Brain Coaching

Like many clients who come to Membership Fix, Shyam was at the point of exhaustion and knew he needed to make a huge shift in order to avoid complete burnout. Between teaching at the university and having a full roster as a personal trainer, he was having a difficult time keeping up.

 

Together, we built a strategy for him to build a scalable business model that shifted from trading time for money to one where clients paid for the value of his services instead. With that came a total brand makeover.

 

We started with the visual aspects of his company, including a remake of his brand logo, colors, icons, typography, and outerwear. After landing on a style that was strong, bold, and yet not overly domineering, Shyam wanted help with his program strategy.

 

Knowing his overarching goals, we helped him develop a proprietary method, complete with learning outcomes, assessments, video modules, and client touchpoints. We designed messaging, program guides, roadmaps, and worksheets as well.

 

Then, it was time to find a home for all of his hard work. That’s when we crafted a website and membership site to welcome his clients and serve as a learning platform moving forward.
